With the snow finally melting in New York City, we are thrilled to participate in something as exciting as the 2014 NYC Half Marathon on March 16th. We have six enthusiastic runners this year, each raising a minimum of $1,000 that will go directly to helping children in need of crutches. They have persevered through an extremely cold training season and raised close to $10,000 (and counting). Thanks to them and their supporters, over 1,000 children in impoverished communities across the globe will receive a pair of crutches. This gift will give them the opportunity to go to school, gain access to food and water, and play with their friends. (Click to read more about our runners).
